Subscribe monthly or quarterly for credits issued each period, or buy a one-time credit pack. Subscriptions do not auto-renew - renew before the period ends to keep the credits flowing; packs are one-time purchases and never auto-renew. Diagnostics is free for everyone.

Quarterly is paid once with the allowance released month by month. Buy each cycle only once — please confirm tier and cycle before ordering; a wrong purchase means refund and re-buy.

No. You can subscribe monthly or quarterly for period credits, or buy a one-time credit pack. Subscription credits expire at the end of the period if unused; pack credits never expire.
When your subscription credits run out, buy a credit pack or upgrade your plan. Pack credits remain until used. Diagnostics stays free.
No. Diagnostics is identical for everyone and needs no top-up: Chat + SSE dual-channel probes, scoring, latency analysis and error classification are all open. A top-up only affects your account balance — that is, how many model calls you can make.
Billing is by token usage, with different input/output unit prices per model, all published on the Models & Pricing page. Charging is three-stage: an estimated hold before the request → settlement by actual usage on completion (refund or extra charge) → full refund if the upstream fails. All amounts and ledger entries are visible on the Wallet page.
